Long-term memory
Long-term memory retains useful context between conversations. It is managed from Profile, not from general organization settings.
Memory profiles
A profile summarizes stable information about you: role, preferences, tone, or working style. You can create several profiles, but only one remains active and is regularly added to the context of conversations.
Example: "I work at a tax advisory firm and prefer brief answers with risks first."
To manage them:
- Open Profile > Account.
- Find Memory profiles.
- Create, edit, delete, or activate a profile.
Individual memories
A memory stores a specific fact, procedure, or episode. Under Profile > Memories, you can create one manually, edit it, delete it, and limit it to an agent.

Search and type or agent filters help you review what information is retained.
From chat
You can also ask the assistant to remember a lasting preference. Be explicit about what it should remember, then review the resulting profile or memory.
Do not use memory to store passwords, secrets, payment data, or other information that should not reappear in future conversations.
Memory is not an unlimited history. GESCON retrieves relevant context without reproducing every previous conversation.
