Registration and authentication

Learn how to access GESCON securely.

Registering on the platform​

To access GESCON, a user in your organization must invite you so you receive the registration instructions. If you are the administrator, the NurIA Labs team will send you a similar email.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft​

If the email address associated with your GESCON user belongs to a Google or Microsoft account, you can sign in directly with that provider. Select the corresponding button on the sign-in screen at gescon.nurialabs.com:

Opening the registration URL​

Open the link in the invitation email. The URL contains the six-digit code you received and has this format:

https://gescon.nurialabs.com/establecer-contraseña?code=ABCDEF&username=you@yourdomain.com

Setting a password​

The page displays a form containing the six-digit code, a password field, and password confirmation.

For security, use passwords containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Signing in​

After setting a password, open https://gescon.nurialabs.com.

The sign-in screen contains two fields:

  • Email: the address that received the invitation.
  • Password: the password you set previously.

Password recovery​

If you do not remember your password or the authentication code has expired, select Forgot your password? below the Sign in button.

Enter the relevant email address and confirm. You will receive new password-change instructions by email. The process then follows Setting a password.

Common errors​

Incorrect email or password​

Incorrect credentials prevent access past the sign-in screen.

Expired subscription​

If the password is correct but the GESCON subscription has expired, a button appears to update it if the organization needs to continue using the platform.
