Routes

A route is an ordered collection of documents with a title, description, tags, and group access. Use it to gather material that should be reviewed as a sequence or case file.

Viewing routes requires Routes Read; creating or editing them requires Routes Write.

Creating a route

Select New route and complete the side panel sections:

  1. Information: required title, description, and tags.
  2. Documents: select the content that will form the route.
  3. Order: arrange documents in the sequence in which they should be reviewed.
  4. Groups: define who can access it.

Save when the route contains at least one document, then review it from the list.

Viewing and using routes

Search by text and use the tag, creator, or last editor filters. Open a card to review the details and document order.

Select one or more routes to start a conversation with that context. The actions also let you create a notice; editing or deleting requires write permissions.

Maintaining a route

  • Review the order after adding or removing documents.
  • Use consistent tags to make filtering easier.
  • Check groups before including restricted information.
  • If a document disappears because its source changes, update the route to avoid an incomplete sequence.
