Knowledge management
Knowledge management turns frequently asked questions and reviewed answers into reusable knowledge. The page requires Knowledge Handler Read; creating or editing entries requires Knowledge Handler Write.
Reviewing the queue
The tabs separate unanswered, approved, and all entries. Entries flagged for review are highlighted so the team can prioritize them.
Open a row to inspect the question, answer, source agent or conversation, related documents, comments, and previous changes.
Creating or editing knowledge
The editor is divided into:
- Question: state clearly what GESCON should recognize.
- Documents: link sources that support or expand the answer.
- Answer: write the validated content and review its state.
You can also start an entry from a chat response or selected documents. Always review generated text before approving it.
Recommended workflow
- Prioritize flagged or repeated entries.
- Check the linked documentation.
- Correct the answer and add a comment if the decision needs context.
- Mark the entry as validated when it can be reused.
- Create a notice if the change should be communicated to the team.
Do not approve a temporary, speculative, or insufficiently sourced answer as knowledge.
