Marketplace

Beta

The Marketplace is in beta. It lets you discover, install, and publish reusable agents and skills. Availability depends on the feature being enabled and your account permissions.

Browse and save favorites

Open Marketplace to see featured items and the community catalog. Use search and pagination to find content. Open an item to read its description, publisher, version, requirements, available screenshots, release history, and reviews. You can add or remove favorites from the catalog or item page.

Reviews let you give a rating from 1 to 5 stars, add a comment, edit or delete your organization's review, and report other reviews. Each organization has one review per item; the verified installation label indicates that it has been installed.

Install and configure

  1. Open the item and select Install.
  2. Review the preflight check: version, agents and skills to be created, required or optional dependencies, and number of candidate resources.
  3. Confirm installation. The dialog reports requirements but does not include a selector for assigning them.
  4. Open the created copy in Agents or Skills and complete any required local configuration.

Installation creates a copy in your organization; an agent may include skills. If mandatory requirements remain unresolved, the copy is installed inactive and shows Needs configuration. Connect the necessary services and configure sources, integrations, or values in the local copy before using it. Installation does not transfer the publisher's credentials or private connections.

Manage installations and updates

Marketplace > Installations has tabs for installed items, updates, and publications. Actions depend on status and permissions:

  • Update shows the current and new versions, possible incompatibilities, retired skills, and conflicts between your changes and the publication. You can preserve local changes or, if the copy is customized, overwrite them with the published version.
  • Detach, available for active installations, keeps the local copy and ends its relationship with Marketplace updates.
  • Uninstall deletes the linked local agent or skill; it is different from detaching. Review the dialog before confirming.

An update may introduce unresolved requirements. Review the notices and check configuration after applying it.

Publish

  1. Select Publish and choose an agent or skill you are allowed to publish.
  2. Review the preview of shared content, exclusions, and requirements. Fix any blocking violations before continuing.
  3. Fill in the name, description, version, and release notes.
  4. Save a draft or publish. Publishing requires a version; saving a draft does not make it visible in the catalog.

The form creates publications with public visibility. Under Installations > Publications, users with management permissions can switch visibility to private or public, hide or show a publication in the catalog, and archive it. To appear in the catalog, an item must be public, listed, and have a published release. Making it public alone is not enough.

The item page shows release history and notes. With management permissions, you can deprecate or withdraw a release. A withdrawn release is no longer offered for new installations or updates; this does not delete existing installed copies.

What is shared and who can act

Publication shares reusable content and declares dependencies for the receiving organization to resolve. Review instructions, examples, and attachments before publishing: the preview and secret detection do not replace that review. Credentials and private connections are excluded from the package.

Permissions distinguish browsing the catalog, installing and managing copies, publishing, and managing publications. If an action is missing, ask an administrator to check your permissions and beta availability.
