Integrations
Integrations let GESCON query or act on external services during a chat, from an agent, or in an automation. Each guide explains what an integration can do, how to connect it, and how to test it.

Common flow
- An administrator enables the service under Settings > Integrations and grants access to the entire organization or to specific groups and users.
- The user opens Profile > Integrations and completes OAuth, API key, or MCP authentication when the service requires a personal connection.
- The integration is added to an agent, enabled from the chat tools, or selected in an automation.
The selector only shows integrations that are enabled, authorized for the account, and allowed by the agent. Connecting a service does not add it automatically to every agent.
Availability in automations depends on the service: Trello is not exposed in unattended runs, and Docusign only offers queries. Check the limitations in each guide.
States and security
- Connected: ready to use.
- Pending: authorization has not been completed.
- Error: the connection could not be validated.
- Expired: authorization must be completed again.
- Managed by organization: the connection is locked in the profile and maintained by an administrator.
Access and restrictions
Whenever possible, grant GESCON the narrowest scope and review sensitive operations before scheduling them.
