Introduction to GESCON

GESCON is the NurIA Labs platform that lets companies connect their knowledge and tools to answer questions and automate processes. It brings chat, specialized agents, data sources, and administration into one place.

What you can do

  • Talk to an agent prepared for a task or use an Open Chat model.
  • Attach files, search the web, and use personal integrations from a conversation.
  • Create agents with several knowledge sources, instructions, skills, and tool policies.
  • Organize documents into routes and maintain validated answers in Knowledge management.
  • Automate tasks and deliver results through chat, notices, or email.
  • Share agents and skills through Marketplace when it is enabled.
  • Review usage, activity, and improvement opportunities in Analytics and AI Consultant.
  • Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, data sources, and organization identity.
Availability

The menu adapts to the features in your plan and your permissions. If a section described in this documentation does not appear, contact your organization administrator.

Finding your way around the menu

The menu also contains New conversation, chat folders, and history. Conversation actions let you search, rename, pin, move, or delete them.

  1. Complete registration and sign-in.
  2. Review your profile and preferences.
  3. If you are an organization administrator, connect knowledge sources.
  4. Create or adapt an agent.
  5. Start a conversation and check the sources supporting its responses.

Requirements

  • An up-to-date browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Access credentials provided by your organization or NurIA Labs.
  • A stable internet connection.
