AI Consultant analyzes usage signals to detect opportunities to improve knowledge and agent configuration. Access to this page requires Analytics Read.
Summary and period
You can review the last 7, 30, or 90 days; the default period is 90 days. Custom dates are also available. The summary combines the number of conversations analyzed, detected gaps, notice reads, and signal trends.
Signal types
| Signal | What it indicates |
|---|---|
| Gaps | Questions or topics for which there is insufficient knowledge. |
| Scope | An agent being used for tasks outside its intended purpose. |
| Feedback | Negatively rated responses that should be reviewed. |
| Emerging | New or growing topics in conversations. |
| Free chat | Relevant patterns detected outside configured agents. |
Open a signal to review its details and the available context before deciding on an action. A signal is an analysis recommendation, not an automatic correction.
Configuration
Configuration requires Consultor IA Settings Write. From the settings button, you can define:
- Whether analysis is active.
- Conservative, balanced, or sensitive sensitivity.
- Daily or weekly execution, including time, day, and time zone.
- People in the organization who will receive the report by email.
Higher sensitivity finds more signals but may also require more manual review. Start with the balanced level and adjust it as real data is collected.
