Analytics
The Analytics section provides an overview of how GESCON is used across the organization. It requires Analytics Read and may not be included in every plan.
Filters
The displayed data reflects the selected date range and, when available, one or more groups or users. The default range covers the last 30 days. Filters apply to the metrics and charts on the active tab.

Interpreting results
This GESCON section is intended for administrators who want to understand how the platform is being used and review metrics.
Common ways to use the analysis include:
- Compare equivalent periods before attributing a change to a specific action.
- Filter by group to distinguish local needs from general trends.
- Use agent and knowledge data to decide which content to review or which agent to adjust.
- Check the date range before exporting or sharing a figure.
Analytics aggregates platform activity; it does not replace qualitative review of conversations and sources.
