User profile
Open the menu from your name in the top-left corner and select Profile. This page brings personal settings together in four tabs: Account, Memories, Integrations, and MCP Server.
Users
To open user management, open the profile menu in the top-left corner, select Users, then select the Users tab. From here, you can search, filter, sort, create, and maintain organization accounts.
Groups
Groups define teams of users and help limit access to agents, sources, folders, routes, skills, and integrations. In the profile menu, open Users > Groups.
Roles
A role groups permissions for a specific responsibility. In the profile menu, open Users > Roles to view default and custom roles.
Permissions
The Permissions tab shows the capabilities that can be added to a role. Permissions are defined by GESCON and cannot be created or edited from the interface.
