Organization AI profile

Settings > AI Profile defines the organization identity and default AI behavior. Changes apply to all users unless a group or personal preference takes precedence.

Company​

Configure the name and description that help the AI understand the business context. You can also customize:

  • Corporate logo in PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP format, up to 2 MB.
  • Primary color and sidebar color.
  • Logo and name visibility in the menu.

Select Save to apply changes for all users.

AI Preferences​

The preferences tab lets you define:

  • Communication style and usual response length.
  • Special instructions for the entire organization.
  • Default agent and model: agent in GESCON and model in Open Chat.
  • Advanced limits for queried documents and previous Open Chat messages.

The save button is enabled only when there are changes. Start a new conversation to see them; existing conversations may retain their previous configuration.

Preference order

A more specific setting, such as a group or user setting, overrides the organization default.
