Organization integrations

The Settings > Integrations tab lets administrators enable external services for the entire organization, define how they authenticate, and choose who can use them.

See Integrations for the catalog and connection flow for each service.

Difference between integrations and sources

  • A data source synchronizes or exposes corporate knowledge to agents, such as documents, SQL, APIs, or MCP. Sources are configured at organization level and made available through the GESCON group system.
  • An integration, although it can be enabled by the organization, is authorized per user. This allows an agent to perform actions or query a service belonging to that user, such as their Outlook inbox or tasks assigned to them on a Jira board.

Organization integrations are managed here. Each person then connects their own accounts, when applicable, from Profile > Integrations.

Configuring an integration

  1. Find and open the service.
  2. Review the authentication method and requested information.
  3. Define the access allowed within the organization.
  4. Save and enable the integration.
  5. Use a test account, or the administrator's own account in a new chat, to verify that only the expected operations are available.

Disabling

When you disable an integration, it is no longer available for new runs. Before doing so, review agents and automations that may depend on it. You can also use Notices to notify all users and determine how many actively use it.

The Connectors Read permission allows users to view connectors. The ability to change their configuration also depends on the administrative role and service policy.
