Subscription and usage
The Settings > Subscription tab summarizes the active plan, usage, and commercial options available to the organization.
Plan and usage
The top bar identifies the plan and its state. Usage blocks show accumulated usage and, where applicable, the spend or available balance. Exact concepts depend on the plan and enabled features.
Administrators should review this information regularly to detect usage increases and anticipate an upgrade or top-up. If a figure does not match expectations, first confirm the displayed period.
Credit and automatic top-up
When the organization uses a balance, the page distinguishes purchased credit from usage. Automatic top-up helps maintain service when the balance falls below the configured threshold.
Support
The panel shows included or available support hours and provides access to book a session when the plan allows it.
Customer portal
Select Manage subscription to open the secure billing portal in a new tab. From there, you can manage the payment method, invoices, tax information, plan changes, or cancellation, depending on the contract.
The application displays current prices, limits, and contracted features. This guide avoids fixed figures because they may vary by plan and date.
