Asana lets you query and maintain projects, tasks, and other items in authorized workspaces.

Connecting

1. The organization enables Asana and grants access.
2. Open Profile > Integrations and select Connect.
3. Authorize the Asana account.
4. Confirm the Connected state.

What it can do

• Query workspaces, teams, projects, sections, tasks, and users.
• Search tasks and review comments, attachments, tags, and custom fields.
• Create, update, complete, or delete tasks.
• Create or maintain projects and comments.
• Query goals and time off, and maintain time-off periods when applicable.

Examples

List my overdue tasks in the Quarterly close project and sort them by owner.

Create a task in the Review section due Friday and assign it to Ana.

Complete the "Validate budget" task and add the comment "Approved by the committee."

For changes, identify the workspace, project, and task before confirming the operation.
