Notion lets you search and read shared content and create or update pages when requested.

Connecting​

  1. The organization enables Notion and grants access under Settings > Integrations.
  2. Open Profile > Integrations and select Connect.
  3. In Notion, choose the workspace and pages GESCON can access.
  4. Accept and confirm the Connected state.

What it can do​

  • Search shared pages and databases.
  • Read page metadata and blocks.
  • Create pages.
  • Add blocks or update properties on an existing page.

GESCON only sees content shared with the integration. If it cannot find a page, first check the page's access in Notion.

Examples​

Find the launch plan page and summarize risks and owners.

Create a page in the meetings database with this summary and today's date.

Add a "Decisions" section to the weekly meeting notes.

Confirm the destination before creating or updating content.
