Microsoft Teams

Teams lets GESCON query teams, channels, chats, and meeting content, as well as create chats and send messages when authorized.
Connecting
- The organization enables Teams and grants access under Settings > Integrations.
- Open Profile > Integrations, find Teams, and select Connect.
- Sign in to Microsoft and review the requested permissions.
- Confirm the Connected state.
What it can do
- List teams, channels, chats, messages, and members.
- Search messages in Teams.
- Create a chat and send a message.
- Query transcripts, recordings, and generated meeting information when Microsoft exposes it to the account.
GESCON must first resolve the correct chat, channel, meeting, or user. Always confirm the destination before requesting that a message be sent.
Examples
Summarize today's messages in the Finance channel and separate decisions from tasks.
Find the conversation about Project Atlas and tell me who took ownership of each action.
Send Marta's chat the message "The review is ready."
Write operations may require confirmation before they run.
